Delivery Times and Information
Seasonal demands affect the shipping schedule, especially for robes. We may ship faster during off-peak times. During peak season, April to August, it will take longer.
We ship UPS or USPS. Please include your street address if using UPS, they will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You may request a different shipper in the Comments box during checkout.
Robe orders Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for most robe styles to ship. Lilith, Anna and Esther robes will take 6 to 8 weeks. Any robe ordered with Full sleeve or Full sleeve with Doctoral chevrons may take longer than the usual delivery (stated above) for that style. Quick Ship Martha will ship in 10 business days from order confirmation date.
We offer rush delivery for an extra charge for robes or vestments if you need them faster. Please write a note in the Comments box during checkout to tell us when you need your item. It is best to give us the exact date you need to receive your package. Or, after you place your order call our toll-free number 888-515-5775 and alert us to your time frame. You can leave a message on our voice mail if it is after business hours. We want to be sure to get your robe to you on time.
We do not guarantee you will get your robe on the need date unless we confirm it. Order date is when all information needed to process the order has been received.

Chasubles, Stoles and Scapulars All ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
Blouses and other Apparel Items Allow 2 to 4 weeks for in-stock blouses and apparel orders. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for maternity blouses.
If you are in need of your blouse or apparel item in a shorter time period than the standard delivery, we offer Express shipping. Please write a note in the Comments box during checkout to tell us when you need your item. It is best to give us the exact date you need to receive your package. Or, after you place your order call our toll-free number 888-515-5775 and alert us to your time frame. You can leave a message on our voice mail if it is after business hours. We want to be sure to get your items to you on time.
Blouse Backorders can take 12-16 weeks. If your item is backordered: please call Lucie in Customer Service, she may find a substitute item that is in-stock if your item is backordered. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Out of necessity, we replenish our sizes and colors when we are able to make a larger quantity, and that is why backorders take a long time. Please be patient with us as we continue to produce high quality garments and offer a wide selection in women clergy blouses.
Returns & Exchanges
To exchange an item: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We will ship the new item as soon as possible and in that package include a return shipping label for the item you are sending back. We will charge your credit card for the item(s) we are sending and credit you for the return item(s) when we receive them.

For an exchange of sizes in blouses, or janies we pay for shipping both ways (excluding international shipments).

Robes: If we made a mistake in the lengths and alteration is required we will correct the lengths and pay for shipping both ways (excluding international).

Robes: If you request the change to lengths because of improperly supplied measurements we do not charge for the alteration (one alteration only) but you pay for shipping both ways.

International: we do not pay for shipping either way for alterations or exchanges.

To return an item: To return your unworn items, please complete the card included with your shipment. Send your item to us with a copy of the invoice. Be sure we have an explanation of why you are returning the item. This helps us uphold our quality standards.

To return items that you do not want to exchange we do not pay return shipping. We will refund the amount paid in full less the shipping charges.

Rush fees are not refunded.
If you are unhappy with a garment from normal wear at any time, please contact us. We want you to be completely happy with your garments.
