Delivery Information
Seasonal demands affect the shipping schedule, especially for robes. We may ship
faster during off-peak times. During Peak season, April to July, we take a little
longer.
We usually ship UPS. Please include your street address because UPS will not deliver
to a P.O. Box. You may request another shipper in the note box at the bottom of
the Delivery page.
Robe orders Please allow 4-6 weeks for standard robe delivery, except for 6-8 weeks on the
Lilith and Esther robe. Esther robe with Full sleeve and Doctoral chevrons may take longer.
We offer rush delivery for an extra charge for robes or vestments if you need them
faster than our standard delivery time. You must call us to confirm that we can
deliver your item when you need it, though. We do not guarantee delivery unless
we confirm it by phone. Order date is when all information needed to process order
has been received.

Chasubles, Stoles and Scapulars Chasubles ship in 6 - 8 weeks; stoles and scapulars
in 4 - 6 weeks.
Blouses and other Apparel Items Allow 2 to 4 weeks for blouses and apparel orders.
Allow 6 - 8 weeks for maternity blouses.
If you are in need of your item in a shorter time period than the standard delivery,
we offer Express shipping. Please write a note in the box on the Delivery information
page. It is best to give us the exact date you need to receive your package. Or,
after you place your order call our toll-free number 888-515-5775 and alert us to
your time frame. You can leave a message on our voice mail if it is after business
hours. We want to be sure to get your items to you on time.
Returns & Exchanges
To exchange an item: Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you need to exchange your item please call us at 888-515-5775 so we can ship the new item with a return label for the incorrect item as soon as possible. We are sorry but International shipments are not included.
To Return an item: To return your unworn items, please complete the card included
with your shipment noting the reason for the return. This helps us uphold our quality
standards. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
If you are unhappy with a garment from normal wear at any time, please contact us.
We want you to be completely happy with your garments.
