Product Guarantee

At WomenSpirit your complete satisfaction is our goal. When you initially receive your garment, if you find any problems or need a different size, we will exchange for a different size. At that time we will adjust the sleeve and hem lengths at no charge if you find that the lengths are not correct. We do charge for any second requests for length adjustments, unless by chance we have caused the problem. You may return your unworn item at any time. If you have an item that does not hold up to normal* wear and tear we will exchange it or repair it at any time.

(*Normal wear and tear means within a reasonable time period, which would be determined on an individual basis.)

Shipping Charges for exchanges and returns:

• For an exchange of sizes in blouses and janies we pay for shipping both ways.
• Robes: If we made a mistake in the lengths and alteration is required we will correct the lengths and pay for shipping both ways.
• Robes: If you request the change to lengths because of improperly supplied measurements we do not charge for the alteration but you pay for shipping both ways.

• To return items that you do not want to exchange we do not pay return shipping. Send your item to us with a copy of the invoice and explanation of why you are returning the item. We will refund the amount paid in full less the shipping charges.
